Energy Upgrade California Workshop

Free Energy Savings and Rebate Workshop for East County Homeowners

For a limited time, learn how to get up to $9,000 in incentives (Pacific Gas & Electric rebates and local rebates) for home improvement projects that lower your utility bill, conserve water and natural resources, and make your home healthier and more comfortable. Hear about a neighbor's recent upgrade and meet approved contractors that can test your home for energy-efficiency.
