The Car Show on August 8th is “IMPORT NIGHT”

• The Classic Car Show in Old Town Pittsburg has waived the entry fee for car exhibitors for the rest of the 2013 Season.
Classic cars are welcome to arrive between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. Thursday, August 8 at the entry gate at Sixth Street and Railroad Avenue and will be admitted free.
• Admission to the Car Show is always free for spectators. Come see the rolling works of art up close from 6 to 8 p.m. Listen to the great music in Old Town Plaza, and grab a bite to eat from the food vendors or the many local restaurants.
• Three trophies to be awarded for
1. Best Import
2. Best Wheels
3. Best Interior
• Music will be provided by the popular
“JUST KOOLEN PRODUCTIONS”
Featuring DJs Adrian Koolen and Mundo Orozco
• Show organizers need donations to pay for the live entertainment at each Car Show. All donations are welcome, and will be accepted during the show. Remaining Car Shows are scheduled on August 8 & 22, September 12 & 26.
The Classic Car Show runs 6 to 8 p.m. June 27, July 11, July 25, August 8, August 22, September 12 and September 26. California Theatre will show a car-themed movie on July 11 and September 12 to coincide with the Classic Car Shows. Admission is free.
