Mayor Sal Evola to deliver Annual State of the City Address

Pittsburg -Mayor Sal Evola and his senior staff will present the 2014 State of the City Address on Thursday June 26th at the Pittsburg Elks Lodge located at 200 Marina Blvd. Pittsburg, CA. 94565 for Pittsburg Chamber's Annual State of the City Address luncheon.

The event will celebrate the city's achievements, visionary decisions made by past community leaders, and will focus on the current state of the Pittsburg community, its challenges and future opportunities.

Emcee for the 2014 State of the City Address will be Senior Government Relations Representative at PG&E, Mr. Tom Guarino. Keynote speaker will be Pittsburg Mayor Sal Evola and Guest speakers will include City Manager Joe Sbranti, Assistant City Manager Garrett Evans, Chief of Police Brian Addington and Director of Finance Tina Olson will highlight the hard work and visionary efforts that have built a strong Pittsburg foundation, a thriving community, and great quality of life. The event will conclude with a Q&A where attendees will have an opportunity to be heard by the Mayor, City Manager and other senior community leaders.

The State of the City event is open to all residents, beginning with a luncheon catered by Outback Steak House. The Mayor's address and senior city staff reports will begin at approximately 12:00p.m.
