The Notice of Preparation (NOP) of a Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) for the 2018 Alves Ranch Project is now available for public review. Please visit the Alves Ranch project page to review the NOP and Initial Study, and learn more about the proposed project. The purpose of the NOP is to provide outside agencies with information describing both the proposed project and its potential environmental effects. The City is also soliciting comments on the scope of the SEIR from outside agencies and the public. A scoping meeting will be held to receive comments regarding the scope and content of the SEIR.

Written comments on the scope of the proposed project and the associated EIR are welcome and should be sent by e-mail, fax, or regular mail no later than 5:00 p.m. on January 17, 2019. Contact information can be found on the project page (link provided above).
