Pittsburg Women's Community League is a philanthropic 501(c)3 organization of 30 local women. For over forty-five years we have financially supported projects in Pittsburg too numerous to mention, but including local school programs including middle-school and the PHS bands, the Pittsburg library, Pittsburg Historical Society, Buchanan Park, P.I.C.E.S., Loaves and Fishes, Creative Arts Building, graduating PHS students scholarships, the ferris wheel at Small World Park, and innumerable others. We are having a fundraiser at Panda Express Restaurant on Railroad Avenue Thursday, Friday and Saturday, June 3, 4 and 5, with 20% of all proceeds going to PWCL to further our philanthropic endeavors. View the flyer here, which must be presented at Panda Express when a purchase is made for PWCL to receive the benefits. Money we raise is always used to benefit our community.
