BART is holding a series of community outreach meetings during the month of June to discuss two important topics with the public.  BART is seeking community comments and input on:

Temporary Fare Reductions -- BART will receive state funds and is considering ideas on how to use these funds to show appreciation to their riders.  These meetings are your opportunity to weigh-in on a fare reduction option as well as to provide your own ideas.

Major Service Change -- Following federal guidelines, BART is seeking input in defining what constitutes a "major service change."  This meeting is an opportunity for you to help BART develop this definition.

There are a total of five meetings within Contra Costa County.  Those meetings are being held here in Pittsburg plus in Concord, Richmond, Lafayette and San Pablo.  Please see the informational flyer for more details.
