The Ambrose Recreation and Park District's board of directors are joining the Shriners International in cosponsoring a free health clinic. This is an opportunity for families without medical insurance to have their children screened for free orthopedic and burn care.
Children up to age 18 with orthopedic conditions, burns, spinal cord injuries, and cleft lip and palate are eligible for care and receive all services in a family-centered environment, regardless of the patients' ability to pay.
