If you are looking for a great place to hold your child's next birthday party, family picnic, or even company party, Small World Park has space for you! Review the available picnic areas for pictures, capacity, and associated rates.

Barn Yard Glen

	Located near the entrance of the park, just below Old Dow’s Barn. Note: No lawn area at this site.

Dinosaur Den

	Located next to a stream, with quick access to the carousel and lots of open grass areas.

Fairy Tale Falls

	A tree shaded picnic area located right next to a picture perfect waterfall, large open grass area, playground, and carousel.

Fort Pitt


For a flavor of the old west you can picnic at Fort Pitt. The gates to the fort can be closed for extra privacy. Located in the center of the park, near the swings, tot lot, and across from the USS-POSCO steam boat.

Old Dow's Barn (Indoor)

	For a unique birthday memory, the barn is available for rental in two, 2-hour time slots (if available you may rent both slots). It is a country barn featuring overhead lights, fans, and heat. Bring a projector and show your favorite movie or slide show!

Security Deposit is refunded if Barn is left clean, and the party has vacated the park at the end of the rental period. A deduction of $36.00 for every 15 minutes over the reservation time will be deducted from the deposit.

Party Castle (Indoor)

	For a unique birthday memory, the castle is available for rental in two, 2-hour time slots (if available you may rent both slots). It is a replica of a Medieval castle complete with courtyard, kitchen, barbeque, roundtable (seating capacity 15), and private restrooms. Play equipment, for children 3 & older and 4ft. tall & shorter, occupies the entire second floor.

Robin Hood Haven


Located just below the Party Castle placed serenely between two streams of water with a view of the carousel and easy access to a playground.

Tea Party Pavilion


This large picnic area is located right next to the park train station. A dance floor and bandstand make it the perfect place for your special event.

After Hours Party Rentals

The entire park is available for your private event anytime the park is closed to the public. This cost is for a 4-hour block and does NOT include rides. Great for fundraisers, company picnics, weddings, graduation and large birthday parties.

Rental Rate: $692.00 resident/non-resident

Security Deposit: $196.00

Security Deposit is refunded if area is left clean, and the party has vacated the park at the end of the rental period. A deduction of $36.00 for every 15 minutes over the reservation time will be deducted from the deposit.

Ride Operators (optional): $109.00 for 3-hours
